Tatty Ava was intentionally written and illustrated to support speech and language development, literacy skills, imaginative thinking and early years development. After publishing Tatty Ava, I have taken part in a series of Author visits, workshops, digital events, school assemblies and public promotional events in Liverpool Libraries and the Liverpool World Museum.
This has extended to schools across the UK and allowed for the story of Tatty Ava to accessible to a large proportion of children in England and Scotland due to being made available within their school libraries.
Tatty Ava is available to buy at Waterstones or through other local book stores.
After the publication of Tatty Ava, I have then went on to publish a Tatty Ava Activity Book and Tatty Ava children’s colouring book.
I also then went on to illustrate an additional children’s story, called “The Scary Sunflower” as part of a writing programme for children.
